Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the School Manager, HR and Director in preparing meeting materials, meeting submission timeline and deadlines as well as coordinating include attending meetings, takes minutes and follow up pending actions
  • Liaising with School Manager and Director and their direct reports through information sharing and follow-up, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Monitoring progress ongoing project and assisting School Manager and HR with initiatives and completing assigned tasks
  • Support School Manager and HR in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department
  • Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company
  • Proven ability to effectively work within a team at least 5 years teaching experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree from Secretarial. Relevant experience and qualification
  • A high level of tact and integrity due to the great frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and highly initiative
  • Good communication, attitude, and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent in MS Word, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Good command in English both written and oral
