Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic direction and oversight for the primary school division
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative school culture that aligns with the Cambridge and National Curriculum
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the Cambridge and National curriculum
  • Recruiting, managing, and developing a team of talented primary school teachers
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
  • Actively engaging with parents, students, and the wider school community
  • Continually seeking opportunities to enhance the primary school programme
  • Can collaborate in creating creative ideas in the field of e-marketing
  • Conducting control and evaluation of primary school departments, both academic and non-academic

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a primary school principal or in a similar leadership role
  • Deep understanding of the Cambridge and National educational approach and a commitment to its principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in education
  • Familiarity with relevant educational regulations and standards
