Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- At least 3 years of leadership experience (Principal, Academic Coordinator, School Director, etc.)
- Cambridge curriculum expertise (a must)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficient English (spoken & written)
- A deep understanding of curriculum development, educational policies, and teaching best practices

AIM:
The purpose of the school is developed by referring to the vision and mission of the school in accordance with the characteristics of Ehipassiko School BSD as a National Buddhist School, namely:
1. General Purpose
Increase intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and skills to live independently and attend further education
2. Special Purpose
a. Creating a conducive learning atmosphere through the strengthening of a culture of school discipline.
b. Build effective habits of the 7 Habits model in teaching and learning activities.
c. Applying the Ehipassiko model of active learning (Come-See-Prove it) through Understanding by Design (UbD) or a scientific approach (scientific approach).
d. Achieved achievements in various competitions both in the academic and non-academic fields.
e. Equipping students with adequate academic skills in order to continue to credible tertiary institutions.
