Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, vision, and values
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes students’ academic, social, and character development
- Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work while maintaining accurate records of students’ progress and development
- Monitor students’ learning needs and provide appropriate guidance and support
- Communicate professionally and proactively with parents regarding students’ progress, concerns, or well-being, offering guidance and recommendations when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a positive role model, upholding the school’s values and fostering strong character in students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Demonstrates a strong calling and commitment to education
- Passionate about working with children; energetic, creative, and nurturing
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Possesses strong leadership, teamwork, and classroom management skills
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Willing to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to the school community
