Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and promote holistic student development
• Establishing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students’ learning and wellbeing
• Implementing various teaching strategies, such as play-based learning and inquiry-based activities, to foster a love of learning in young children
• Regularly assessing students’ progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community to support student learning and development
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching practice

Persyaratan:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching in an early years setting, preferably in an international school context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, nurturing learning environment
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of young learners
