Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging IB DP/MYP Physical Education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning and development
  • Collaborate with other teachers to align curriculum and ensure a consistent educational experience
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a vibrant school community
  • Maintain accurate student records and comply with school policies and procedures
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in Physical Education teaching

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Physical Education in an IB DP/MYP school environment
  • Thorough understanding of the IB DP/MYP curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents and colleagues
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a must
