Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons for assigned classes in accordance with the curriculum
  • Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work, while maintaining accurate records of students’ progress and development
  • Monitor and support students’ academic and personal growth
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress, concerns, or challenges, and provide appropriate advice and recommendations when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and school programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Education or other relevant fields
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Familiar with and experienced in implementing the Cambridge Curriculum
  • Passionate about teaching and genuinely enjoys working with children
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a positive and professional personality
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and technology literate, with the ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
