Responsibilities:

  • To teach Gymnastic or other exercise subjects to Pre-school students and Primary students
  • To teach Physical Education (PE) subject to children between the age of 2 to 12
  • Lead the development of yearly and semester teaching program, lesson plan for Jacpa based on the established curriculum and monitor Jacpa daily operations in order to ensure excellence in delivering the Jacpa program
  • All aspects of Jacpa program quality, including learning quality, child achievement, child welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development and Jacpa event management
  • Supporting the Jacpa management in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives of Jacpa

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Physical Education Degree
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Experience as a sports or gymnastics instructor is preferred
  • Teaching experience (either as a teacher, trainer, or other kind of instructor) is preferred
  • Experience in handling a variety of student behaviors and characters
  • Must have positive attitude, ability to maintain high levels of energy, self motivation, ambition to do the job well, and good analytical skills
  • Prefer fluent or conversational English speaking and writing skill
  • Prefer fluent or conversational Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing skills
  • High value fluent or conversational Japanese speaking skill is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to improve and learn continuously
  • Has good class management
  • Able to build and manage relationship with colleagues, team, and parents
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully
  • Able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting
  • Familiar with technology (computer-literate / Microsoft Office)
  • Is creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, and approachable
  • Have a positive attitude and love children
  • Ability to maintain high levels of energy, self-motivation and responsibility
