Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the daily educational activities and routines for preschool children
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress and developmental milestones
  • Ensure classroom safety and a clean, organized environment
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and developmental progress
  • Maintain knowledge of current educational trends and early childhood development practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (preferably in psychology or education)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a preschool teacher
  • Good English proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
