Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in IGCSE & A Level Mathematics, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge curriculum
- Develop lesson plans that enhance students’ problem-solving, analytical thinking, and mathematical reasoning
- Prepare students for Cambridge examinations, ensuring high achievement
- Utilize modern teaching strategies, technology, and interactive learning techniques
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students
- Design and implement effective assessments to track student progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum five years of teaching experience in IGCSE & A Level Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge Mathematics syllabus and assessment criteria
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about education and committed to student success
Tentang Bina Bangsa School
Historically, Bina Bangsa School was founded in 2001, intending to fulfil the aspirations of families who wished to give their children a national education with a global outlook. Henceforth, BBS came into existence – with an internationally recognised Cambridge programme - IGCSE and ‘A’ Levels Curricular. We have integrated our academic training with the teaching of the Christian faith as our central value system.
Bina Bangsa is also reputed for the Bilingual programme we provide, where our students are motivated to employ three different languages – English Language, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese Language to form a multilingual community.
