Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing strategies for employee engagement programs
- Managing employee contracts and databases
- Managing employee attendance records and calculation for allowance
- Managing employee’s insurance benefits (handling registration and complaints)
- Responsible for handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handling payment requisition process to the finance team
- Ensuring compliance with the labor regulations
- Identifying initial discussions for potential clients or partners
- Responsible for productivity analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- 2 years of experience in human resources
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of Human Capital policies, systems, and legal
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
