Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing strategies for employee engagement programs
  • ⁠Managing employee contracts and databases
  • Managing employee attendance records and calculation for allowance
  • Managing employee’s insurance benefits (handling registration and complaints)
  • ⁠Responsible for handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handling payment requisition process to the finance team
  • ⁠Ensuring compliance with the labor regulations
  • Identifying initial discussions for potential clients or partners
  • ⁠Responsible for productivity analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Capital policies, systems, and legal
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
