Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the school
- Communicating the school and student activities in social medias to boost the brand awareness and gain more enrollment
- Coordinating and managing all administrative functions, including student enrollment, record-keeping, and reporting
- Liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain the school’s high standards
- Assisting the Principal in strategic planning and decision-making
- Monitoring and evaluating the school’s performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
- Promoting the school’s image and reputation within the local community
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar school coordination or administrative role
- Proven experience as a principal or senior leader in a national plus and/or IB school
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology, such as student information systems and data management tools
- A deep understanding of the education sector, with a commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment for students
- A proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think strategically
- A bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field
