Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and conduct learning activities that stimulate children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Use teacher-children interaction strategies to solve problems and teach children how to think
  • Introduce reading, writing, and arithmetic through art, music, rhythm, and self-expression
  • Help children develop gross motor skills and independence appropriate to their age

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have full working rights for Indonesia
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree of any major, preferably Education/Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry, preferably as an early childhood educator. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Advanced ability in English and classroom management
  • Self-motivated, high energy level, agile, and collaborative
  • Willing to relocate to Jakarta/Bekasi, Indonesia, maximum early April 2025 for initial training
