Responsibilities:

• Educational Vision and Strategy:
  • Formulate and implement short-term and long-term educational strategies
  • Identify the latest trends and innovations in education and integrate them into the program
• Curriculum and Program Development:
  • Responsible for the development, review, and updating of relevant, innovative, and high-quality educational curriculum and programs
  • Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with applicable educational standards (Nasional & Cambridge) and the needs of learners
  • Supervise the development of learning materials, educational resources, and teaching methods
• Educator Management and Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of educators (teachers, instructors, facilitators)
  • Develop continuing professional development programs to improve the competency of educators
  • Create a collaborative, supportive, and motivating work environment for educators
• Student Management:
  • Supervise the admission, registration, and management of student data
  • Ensure effective academic and non-academic support systems for students
  • Address issues related to students and ensure their welfare
• Education Quality and Evaluation:
  • Develop and implement an education quality assurance system
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of education programs, teacher performance, and student satisfaction
  • Analyze evaluation data and use the results for continuous improvement
• Budget and Resources:
  • Develop and manage the education department budget effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and secure resources needed to support education programs
• Communication and External Relations:
  • Build and maintain good relationships with parents/guardians of students, education partners, and other external parties
  • Represent the organization in education forums and build a positive image of the foundation
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding education developments and issues
• Compliance and Regulation:
  • Ensure that all education activities are in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
  • Oversee the accreditation and licensing process of education programs
• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide direction, motivation, and leadership to the education team
  • Build a solid and effective team through delegation, coaching, and development of team members
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (S2) in Education or related field. or doctoral degree (S3) is preferred
• Significant experience, 3-5 years in education, including teaching experience and in educational leadership or management roles
• Deep understanding of current theories, practices, and trends in education
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams
• Strategic planning and implementation skills
• Effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources
• Ability to build good relationships with various parties
• Proficiency in educational technology (ed-tech) is a plus
