  • Expertise in academic and curriculum development
  • Have a good and strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good experience and understanding in curriculum, especially for Cambridge
  • Good command in English
  • Strong analytical skill related to the implementation and/or the effectivity of the curriculum
  • Strong in command in concepting the study purpose with constructive alignment principal (goals, process, and evaluation)
  • High creativity in connecting the study topics, materials, and technology
  • Inclusivity with global perspective
