Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation sessions to students regarding university and college applications
  • Collaborate with other parties to assist students in exploring suitable academic and career pathways aligned with their interests and strengths
  • Guide students in preparing application documents (essays, recommendation letters, portfolios, etc.)
  • Advise students and parents on application timelines, standardized testing, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities
  • Regularly plan and execute university exposure for students and parents, both during the regular class periods (advisory) and on special occasions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission trends, requirements, and procedures for local and international universities
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a college/higher education guidance counselor in an SPK school, educational agency, or other educational institutions
  • Strong knowledge of university application processes for both national and international institutions
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and educators
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and group sessions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, preferably from a University abroad
