Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a financial leadership role
  • Proven expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, interpret, and communicate complex financial information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in Indonesian and in English
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience working within an international school or education sector environment
  • Exposure to ERP/finance transformation projects
