Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the field
  • Will be working in a children’s environment situationally
  • Have a feminine/colorful style of visual (soft, elegant, colorful, fun)
  • Strong interest in education for children (early childhood-adolescent) and/or Montessori
  • Strong understanding in brand story telling, visual identity, and content strategy and execution, able to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand visual and message
  • Great understanding on how to use media platforms optimally (e.g. Instagram, TikTok YouTube, etc)
  • Proficient in creative production tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, CorelDraw, Adobe Creative, etc)
  • Have experience in managing website content and digital assets (e.g. email marketing, newsletter, etc)
  • Have the ability to evaluate and communicate analytics and performance tracking
  • Have a good communication, project management, and organizational skill
  • Genuine interest in education, children and parents, and school culture
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
  • Have a good understanding and able to crafts message in English
  • Able to work WFO (Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta) and mobile
  • Able to work during Saturday and Sunday if needed
