Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update fixed asset data, including recording and labeling all new assets, tracking asset movements, and reconciling the Fixed Asset listing with the accounting data in the Balance Sheet
- Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and prepare the required reports for the Independent Auditor and for Tax Audits
- Prepare Fixed Asset reports for tax reporting purposes
- To handle and monitor the BIS Merchandise Inventory records and bookkeeping in the accounting system
- To prepare monthly tax reports of tax articles 21, 23, and others
- To prepare and review the individual income tax for expatriate staff
- To prepare annual corporate tax reports for Yayasan
- To prepare the Fiscal Book Reconciliation (Laporan Koreksi Fiscal) on a Monthly Basis and an annual basis for the support of the Annual Corporate Tax Report for Yayasan
- To prepare, handle, and manage documents for a tax audit
- To record and maintain data and documents for transactions related to the use of the Foundation’s Surplus Funds (Sisa Lebih Hasil Usaha/Yayasan SLH) allocated for the development of facilities and infrastructure, for tax reporting purposes
- To analyze transactions and ensure compliance with tax obligations, calculate the taxes arising, and prepare tax payment requests and other related tax documentation
- To analyze budgetary needs for tax purposes
- To communicate and maintain good relations and deal with tax officers
- To provide updated tax regulations to the Business Manager and Head of School
- To inspect every receipt of the purchasing items and validate the items to meet the Purchasing Order
- To conduct the vendor audit for the procurement process and advances of operation for purchasing payment and settlement
- To handle preparing the non-school fees invoice and manage the entry to the Accounting system
- To work with the Business Manager to complete facilities projects, and to handle the administration and documentation for school maintenance projects
- To monitor and evaluate the income from rental facilities
- To do other jobs as assigned by the Business Manager and Head of School
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative
- Experience in dealing and communicating with expatriates
- Computer literate (Windows 10/11, Office 2016/2019, Google Workspace, MYOB)
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s, Accounting major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related job
- Education field experience preferred
- Experience and good knowledge of operating Core-Tax
- Brevet A and B certificates
