Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing age-appropriate, creative lesson plan
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing Mandarin classroom environment that encourages students’ intellectual and curiousness about Chinese language and culture
  • Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the holistic development of each student
  • Upholding the school’s values and contributing to the overall success of the institution

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Proficiency in Mandarin both written and verbal
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Willing to teach children with neurodiverse needs
