Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fulfillment of MC Online teachers, including handling requests and onboarding processes
  • ⁠Oversee scheduling for MC Online programs, including assigning MTs and coordinating with the Student Operations team to open new class groups
  • ⁠Address and resolve teacher-related issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • ⁠Manage and organize daily live teaching sessions and trial classes

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and operational skills with high attention to detail
  • ⁠Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management tools
  • ⁠Good analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose actions
  • ⁠Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • ⁠Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
