Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (S.Pd, S.S, or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
  • Able to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Experienced in play-based learning and interactive teaching methods
  • Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and structured learning environment
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written
  • Familiar with basic digital tools, Microsoft Office, basic editing software such as Canva or Photoshop, and educational apps
  • Creative and able to integrate music, art, storytelling, and hands-on activities into lessons
  • Passionate about early childhood education
  • Patient, caring, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
