Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal availability and performance
  • Provide effective technical support and troubleshooting for users, ensuring minimal downtime and sustained productivity
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT security procedures and protocols to protect the foundation’s digital assets
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends, implementing new solutions that align with the organization’s needs
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a system/network administration role or similar organization is preferred
  • Understanding of programming concepts and databases
  • Familiar with cloud computing and microservices
  • Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting servers, storage, and network infrastructure
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve IT system issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices and the ability to implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a strong customer-service orientation
