Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering engaging, student-centered lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational goals
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom culture to encourage student participation and learning
  • Providing individualised support and guidance to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges
  • Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and the broader school community to ensure a cohesive approach to student development
  • Actively participating in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and extracurricular activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, and adhering to all school policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
