Responsibilities:

  • Developing work programs, including implementation guidelines and financial budget plans
  • Organizing tasks among library staff, preparing plans for additional personnel, and all necessary work facilities
  • Guiding, motivating, and encouraging library staff
  • Monitoring and supervising task execution, budget utilization, and other equipment or tools
  • Evaluating programs, implementation processes, and the use of facilities and infrastructure
  • Preparing work performance reports, accountability for budget utilization and all work facilities, and providing input for library improvement and enhancement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, or any related field with 2 years experience in the same position
  • Advanced knowledge with library management system such as INLISlite
  • Familiar with any digital resources, and any other educational resources
  • Has ability to understand and perform assigned library procedures
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an SPK school/International education institution
