Gambaran

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of education, research, and community service standards in accordance with university policies
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for academic processes
  • Monitor the quality of teaching and learning activities (course syllabi, lectures, and lecturer evaluations)
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve work quality
  • Prepare regular quality evaluation reports
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits (IQA) across faculties, departments, and units
  • Collect and analyze academic and non-academic quality data
  • Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage SPMI documents (quality manuals, standards, forms, and audit evidence)
  • Support accreditation processes for study programs and the university
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Office (LPM/LPPM or equivalent units)
  • Provide socialization and training on quality culture to lecturers and staff
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across the university

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education Administration, Management, or related fields)
  • Familiar with accreditation processes (BAN-PT / LAM or equivalent bodies)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills
  • Able to prepare formal reports and academic documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
