The BAIS teacher is the school’s most important resource. BAIS is committed tofinding the most highly qualified teacher for each position at the school. The BAIS teacher must be able to follow the BAIS curriculum guide (scope/sequence, standards, benchmarks and resources) and couple it with their own personal curriculum plan (yearlong, unit and lesson plans) and deliver their best, most rigorous and enthusiastic teaching to a diverse audience.
