ESQ Group is a group of companies at PT Arga Bangun Bangsa which focuses on building the character of "People Development", namely intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence.

First established on May 16 2000, the ESQ Leadership Center is now one of the largest human resource training institutions in Indonesia. Every month an average of 100 training events are held at home and abroad, producing an average of 10,000 – 15,000 alumni per month.
