evaluate the performance of operational functions, ensuring compliance with established policies, regulations, and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Establish strong relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and community organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong demonstrable faith<\/li>\n<li>A deep understanding and alignment with Sekolah Pelita Harapan&#8217;s vision, mission, and core values<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both spoken and written\u00a0English<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing and leading operational functions within a complex organization<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of financial management principles and budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing multiple functions, such as finance, marketing, admissions, corporate affairs, facility management, human resources, non-academic operations, and support services<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of educational systems and regulations is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning mindset and a desire to stay
