Liaison Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between the school stakeholder, alumni, and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the election process for the SVP Alumni Association president in accordance with established procedures and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Alumni Association President on oversight of meetings and activities, and assist in recruitment, orientation and governance<\/li>\n<li>Manage SVP\u2019s volunteer Alumni Association coordinate their networking, fundraising and special event efforts<\/li>\n<li>Develop an alumni strategic plan and set annual goals and actions for the program<\/li>\n<li>Create and support programs that engage alumni and enrich the educational experience of current students such as internships, career advice, mentoring, networking and the annual Career Days<\/li>\n<li>In partnership with Secondary Student Council to support and organize SSC Event, alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster connections and promote alumni involvement<\/li>\n<li>In partnership with the Marketing division, oversee content for the alumni section of the website, Online Alumni Community, Facebook and LinkedIn, and produce bi-monthly Champions e-newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information, attendance, volunteering, engagement history, and preferences in the alumni database<\/li>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day activities of Alumni including correspondence and inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Develop a database of parents of alumni and maintain communication<\/li>\n<li>Support Marketing &amp; Communications Events &amp; admissions activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicants must hold a graduate qualification from any department<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English skills<\/li>\n<li>Engaging and inspiring<\/li>\n<li>Growth mindset<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience preferable<\/li>\n<li>Technology
