challenges<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HR practices and employment regulations<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with compliance related to SPK schools and have experiences in dealing with relevant government institutions<br \/>\nExperience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and enforcing compliance with external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory environment is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English and Indonesian<\/li>\n<li>A self-motivated and accountable professional who aligns with NZSJ\u2019s values of inclusivity, support, and global
