{"id":76603,"date":"2024-10-17T22:38:22","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T15:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edukasijobs.id\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=76603"},"modified":"2024-12-03T00:01:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T17:01:40","slug":"sekolah-pelita-harapan-lippo-village-campus-jakarta-selatan-12131-facilities-manager","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/edukasijobs.id\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=76603","title":{"rendered":"Facilities Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the execution of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress<\/li>\n<li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project<\/li>\n<li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals<\/li>\n<li>Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members<\/li>\n<li>Use and continually develop leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current documents in digital format: Drawings, Specifications, Etc.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and maintain all project documentation from the field consisting of Project Photos, Safety Documents, Daily Reports, Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in project management of facilities construction\/development<\/li>\n<li>Able to lead the process of preparing a long-term plan and present that to the board<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Civil Engineering with equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"author":8738,"featured_media":62030,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_company_name":"Sekolah Pelita Harapan -
