on students&#8217; needs and interests<\/li>\n<li>Delivers instructional activities and adjusts them accordingly to ensure students&#8217; academic development<\/li>\n<li>Works collaboratively with the classroom team to apply the research-based activities within the curriculum implementation<\/li>\n<li>Completes regular assessments within the school academic year by having multiple assessment evidence from various learning activities<\/li>\n<li>Do analysis and evaluation of teaching and learning activities<\/li>\n<li>Rate, record, and report student&#8217;s development, progress, and achievement, written in English<\/li>\n<li>Hold parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year regarding their children&#8217;s performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive student profile for each student<\/li>\n<li>Completes continuous professional development and applies the knowledge and skills to support the instructional activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide constant guidance and motivation to students<\/li>\n<li>Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must possess at least Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Biology, Biology Education, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Holding a teaching certificate would be preferable<\/li>\n<li>Minimum with two years of teaching experience as a Biology Teacher in an English environment<\/li>\n<li>Having Cambridge, Singaporean, or IB Curriculum experiences will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Currently not participating as a candidate for Civil Service or Government Staff selection process (for example CPNS, PPPK, etc.) or committed to other parties<\/li>\n<li>Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong lslamic characters<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both oral and
