students in a clear, concise, meaningful and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging and incorporate the curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Organizing the classroom and learning resources, ensuring the students feel motivated and engaged; establish and maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning<\/li>\n<li>Preparing, marking and providing assessments to facilitate positive students\u2019 development and academic achievement<\/li>\n<li>Documenting, providing feedback and reporting student&#8217;s progress to the school, parents and other school stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Preparing students to face the IGCSE and\/or A-Level test<\/li>\n<li>Act as a role model by making the students feel supported and maintaining an approachable personality as a teacher<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with other teachers\/staffs to ensure a consistent and holistic educational experience for students<\/li>\n<li>Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum innovation<\/li>\n<li>Participate in school events to better understand students\u2019 interests and personalities outside the classroom, build strong relationships with them, and support the development of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of school-wide expectations as determined by School Leaders\/Managements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in Biology or a related field; a Master\u2019s Degree is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience teaching international curricula such as Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level or the IB Curriculum will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of technology for teaching and administration (MS Office, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms)<\/li>\n<li>Open-minded, creative, and reflective, with a willingness to continuously improve teaching practices<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about education and committed to supporting the academic and personal development of secondary students<\/li>\n<li>Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic school
