Responsibilities:

  • Enrolment Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive enrolment strategy to meet and exceed student recruitment targets
    • Manage and optimise the full enrolment funnel (enquiry → tour → assessment → offer → enrolment) with a strong focus on conversion and pipeline health
    • Monitor enrolment data, trends, and forecasts to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
    • Identify and target key market segments, including local and international families, corporate relocations, and strategic partnerships
  • Admissions & Conversion
    • Lead and oversee the admissions process, ensuring a personalised, responsive, and high-quality experience for all prospective families
    • Build strong relationships with families and actively guide them through a consultative decision-making process
    • Ensure timely follow-up, communication, and conversion of enquiries into enrolments
    • Maintain accurate records within the admissions system and produce regular performance reports
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning
    • Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content and communications that reflect the school’s identity
    • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all platforms, including digital, print, and events
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and conversion outcomes
  • Events & Community Engagement
    • Lead Open Days, school tours, and promotional events that effectively showcase the school’s academic programmes and holistic learning environment
    • Develop partnerships with relocation agents, corporate organisations, and community networks to enhance visibility and enrolment opportunities
    • Strengthen community engagement to support both recruitment and retention
  • Collaboration & Onboarding
    • Work closely with academic and leadership teams to ensure alignment between enrolment messaging and the lived student experience
    • Support a smooth onboarding process for new students and families, ensuring a strong sense of belonging from the outset
    • Contribute to retention strategies by ensuring strong student-school fit and parent satisfaction
  • Compliance & Market Awareness
    • Ensure all admissions and marketing activities comply with school policies and regulatory requirements
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning and strategic direction
  • Ambassadorship
    • Act as a key ambassador for the school, confidently articulating its mission, vision, and values
    • Promote the school’s commitment to academic rigour (Cambridge and IB pathways), inquiry-based learning, and holistic student development

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in admissions, enrolment, sales, or customer relationship management (preferably in an international school or education setting)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent service delivery skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and data to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • A commitment to the values of international education and student-centred service
