Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the curriculum and foster the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of preschool-aged children
  • Establishing a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity and hands-on learning
  • Observing and assessing students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents, and collaborating with the wider teaching team
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised classroom environment
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field, or a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • At least 3 years experience teaching in a preschool
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Thorough understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching methodologies
  • Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
