Responsibilities:

  • Handle Binusian Card activities for new and current students
  • Conduct the online registration process for students
  • Handle the registration activities for students (i.e., online registration, study plan, leave of absence, etc.)
  • Cooperate with Finance Division to carry out the finance settlement activities
  • Ensure the completeness of documentation related to registration
  • Maintain and update student academic status (active, leave of absence, resign, DO, etc.)
  • Maintain and update documentation related to lecturing and rescheduling activities
  • Conduct scheduling activities (i.e. every semester, daily, examination)
  • Notify and confirm scheduling activities to Head of Program for approval
  • Arrange the courses package table, class, and student
  • Arrange the special courses package (if needed)
  • Create specialization class (if needed)
    Find additional students for the classes that are below the minimum capacity
  • Synchronize and evaluate the lecturer availability data
  • Follow up all lecturers to fill out the teaching availability form
  • Receive and process the lecturing availability lists from related departments for class scheduling
  • Schedule lecturers according to course competency and teaching availability based on program assignment
  • Perform scheduling activities according to current procedure
  • Ensure effective enrollment processes
  • Arrange room reservation and schedule usage activities
  • Provide Report to Direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Possesses strong analytical and communication skills

The “3K Strategy” stands for: Kesempatan (Opportunity), Keberanian yang bertanggung jawab (Courage with responsibility), and Kerja keras (Hard work). This philosophy still lives in the heart of BINA NUSANTARA today.

Along the way, Theresia Widia Soerjaningsih added a new touch to the BINA NUSANTARA institution. As a caring and affectionate leader, Dr. Ir. Th. Widia Soerjaningsih, MM. dedicated her entire life to the development of the education sector in Indonesia. Her touch was to add another ‘3K’ to Joseph Wibowo’s existing success strategy, thus forming the “6K Success Strategy”: The ‘6K’s’ are: Kesempatan (Opportunity), Keberanian (Courage), Keberuntungan (Good Fortune), Kemauan (Willingness), Kerja keras (Hard work), Kepercayaan kepada Tuhan (Belief in God).

The name BINA NUSANTARA was given by Rudy Poerwana. Literally the name means ‘Building the Archipelago’. This name holds the aspiration that this institution can build and develop the islands of Indonesia through education. That dream still lives on until to this very day.
