Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop new policies and renew existing policies according to organizational needs
  • Ensure all policies comply with current government regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Human Capital area)
  • Review, evaluate, and improve existing employment policies (employee handbook, PKWT, etc.)
  • Draft, review, and manage various legal documents related to employees and employment
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on general legal and employment matters
  • Identify potential legal risks related to human resources regulations
  • Support employment legal activities such as legal drafting, legal actions, and documentation
  • Work closely with Human Capital Relationship teams and company leaders to ensure compliance
  • Monitor program and policy implementation across the organization
  • Maintain good working relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Support Employee Relations Manager in developing strategies and legal practices
  • Prepare reports, suggest process improvements, and support Quality Management activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Staff or minimum 4 years experience in a related legal field
  • Strong experience in legal drafting
  • Familiar with manpower/ employment regulations in Indonesia
  • Good understanding of company employee legal documents
  • Good knowledge of general Indonesian law (Civil, Criminal, Family Law, etc.)
  • Experience in litigation
