Gambaran
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Science and Math lessons for Primary and Secondary students
- Use a brain-based teaching and coaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the ThinkFit team to continuously improve teaching and coaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (Science/Math major is preferred)
- Proven experience teaching Science and/or Math at Primary and/or Secondary levels
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passionate about education and child development
- Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to innovate in teaching
- Available for a 2-year employment contract
- Must be available to work 5-days including Saturday
