Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily performance and development of English teachers across all centers
  • Monitor teaching quality and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans
  • Develop and implement strategic teacher operations initiatives to improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new teachers based on the organization’s standards and center needs
  • Analyze teaching and staffing needs in each center, and create strategies to optimize teacher allocation
  • Coordinate teacher schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all classes and programs
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic insights for management
  • Collaborate with the academic and HR departments to ensure teachers receive the proper training and development opportunities
  • Solve operational problems proactively and ensure a high standard of educational service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic or teaching operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven experience in team management, especially in an education setting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and centers simultaneously
  • Familiar with recruitment, performance monitoring, and teacher development processes
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and digital tools for operational reporting and analysis
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Our short story

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
