Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or a related field
  • Having born again experience spiritually
  • Having a biblical worldview, passion for education, and love for students
  • In good health and physical condition
  • Able to use English actively in communication and teaching with good pronunciation and grammar
  • Understanding the English curriculum at the secondary level (SMP–SMA)
  • Having at least 3–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred
  • Able to prepare lesson plans, syllabi, and student assessments properly
  • Able to manage classroom activities well and respond to students with different learning needs
  • Passionate in mentoring students’ character and helping them grow academically, socially, and spiritually
  • Willing to participate in school spiritual activities such as devotion, prayer, and chapel
  • Active involvement in church ministry is an advantage
  • IELTS minimum 6 or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confident communicating in English with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Confident in teaching teenagers at secondary level
  • Creative, patient, and responsible in teaching
  • Able to build students’ confidence in using English both orally and in writing
  • Has a heart of service and sees teaching as a calling and ministry
  • Able to work well in a team and contribute positively to the school community
