Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and play-based learning activities in line with the school curriculum, vision, and values
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive development
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records
• Support and guide children’s character development through positive modeling and consistent routines
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with parents regarding children’s progress, well-being, and any concerns, offering guidance and recommendations when needed
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Uphold and reflect the school’s values in daily interactions with children, families, and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Demonstrates a genuine calling and commitment to early childhood education
• Passionate about working with young children; caring, patient, energetic, and creative
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Possesses good leadership, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Able to create a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment that supports holistic child development
• Willing to grow professionally and actively contribute to the school community and values
