Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to support student development
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining records
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in every child

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years level, preferably in an international or SPK school setting
  • Familiarity with inquiry-based learning and child-centered teaching approaches
  • Excellent command of English (minimum IELTS score of 6.0); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong classroom management skills with a warm, caring, and patient personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about inspiring young learners
