Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HC strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s growth and organization performance objectives
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training and development initiatives to up skill and engage the employee
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employee based on company business goals
  • Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management
  • Talent mapping and analysis to identify high-potential and critical talents
  • Analyze employee data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solution
  • Promote a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s values
  • Provide expert Organizational Performance through Human Capital advice and guidance to all employees
  • Evaluating the entire Human Capital process to produce continuous improvements in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of the HC Operations
  • Strong Knowledge and understanding of Balanced Scorecard concepts, HC competencies, organizational design, performance management, organizational development

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Bachelor’s degree of Psychology/Law/Management and other equivalent degree
  • Deep understanding in all aspects of HR and develop strategic HR plans and policies (Recruitment & selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relations, and People Development)
  • Able to build strategy along with leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
