Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering engaging, dynamic English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials to support student learning and progress
  • Providing individualised attention and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential
  • Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience for our students
  • Actively participating in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages students to explore, discover, and grow

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English Education, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level
  • Strong subject matter expertise in English language, grammar, and literature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to design and implement effective lesson plans
  • A passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
