Gambaran
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a timeline for continuous observation and plan appropriate program every term
- Participate in planning and implementing prevention programs to address the social and affective needs of students (e.g. programs to address bullying, school violence, school safety, etc.) through assembly and personal development program
- Assess diverse learning needs every term through class observation and references from homeroom teachers and principal
- Together with the Guidance & Counseling team, assist all students individually or in groups to develop academic, personal/social skills, goals and plans
- Provide mental health and behavioral counseling to students for primary and secondary school students
- Together with Guidance & Counseling team to accurately and appropriately provides, interprets and utilizes student’s data; administering and archiving documents regarding student’s well-being program
- Collaborate with Guidance & Counseling teacher, Principals and Coordinators to mediate conflicts between students, parents/guardians and educators to assist students with academic and non-academic concerns
- Suggest intervention program regarding students’ concerns about academic, emotional or social problems and help students process their problems and plan goals and action
- Assist the IGCSE & A-Level subjects selection process and higher education applications for secondary school students.
- Assist the students’ intake test for admission process of the primary and secondary level
- Coordinate and facilitate internal workshops or consultation program for group of teachers to address challenges related to students’ academic challenges or well-being issues
Requirements:
- Minimum a Master’s Degree (S2) majoring in Psychology
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suites)
- Open minded, creative, responsible, caring and love working with children (primary to secondary school age)
- Good command in English both verbal & written (minimal TOEFL Score: 500)
- Patient, loving, nurturing and have sufficient understanding of child and teenager development
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Willing to be located in Bekasi area
