Responsibilities:

  • Developing teaching and learning program
  • Teaching, assessing and evaluating students based on defined assessment methodology (school standard and educational authority)
  • Provide written evaluation report on students’ academic and behavior progress
  • Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities
  • Maintaining good relationship with parents, staff and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background (Early Childhood Education/Psychology/English Education)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Pre-school & Kindergarten teacher
  • Strong passion for early childhood education
  • Ability to recognize and adapt to the diverse needs and abilities of children
  • Love to work with children and communicate well with parents
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different learning styles
  • Ed-tech literate
  • Can join as soon as possible
