Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEP) to address the unique needs of students with diverse learning abilities
  • Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to support students’ academic, social, and behavioural development
  • Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future instructional strategies
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in special education
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies for students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English language skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
