  • Multi-tasking ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency
  • Strong verbal and Written Skills: To communicate with various stakeholders, both directly and through written reports
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to work with different groups of people, including staff, program participants, and external partners
  • Computer proficiency: Familiarity with Google suits
  • Data analysis skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate program success
