Responsibilities:

  • Handle and support the academic aspects of language programs (German, Japanese, Mandarin
  • Provide academic guidance and quality standards for tutors
  • Review and ensure the quality of learning materials and academic delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams on academic planning and program improvement
  • Provide academic insights and recommendations to enhance program quality
  • Support academic readiness for projects when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum education S1 (S2/S3 is a strong advantage)
  • Proven experience in academic handling, education management, or curriculum-related roles
  • Strong background or expertise in at least one of the following languages: German, Japanese and Mandarin
  • Comfortable working in a remote and flexible (output-based) environment
  • Strong communication, structured thinking, and academic rigor
  • Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas (preferred)
